Each item is carefully inspected, packed, and shipped via UPS ground shipping or USPS ground from our Evanston store. Typically, all in-stock orders ship within 2-5 business days after receipt. Can I return Ten Thousand Villages US products to Gather?
Only items purchased at Gather or gatherfairtrade.com may be returned to Gather within 30 days with receipt (which includes Ten Thousand Villages branded items). Items purchased at tenthousandvillages.com or a Ten Thousand Villages branded store may not be returned to Gather.
All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase from our Evanston store or gatherfairtrade.com website. You can send it back or stop in the store:

Purchases: A credit will be issued to your original form of payment for the original transaction, including the cost of the item with tax. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Gifts: Credit will be given as a Gather: Consciously Curated gift card for the current price of the item.
*If the item is damaged in return transit back to our store, a refund will not be issued.
